Lentil Soup (8 cups total - 1 cup/serving

Ingredients

    1 bag Lentils
    Several Bay Leaves
    3 Medium Onions

    2 T Olive Oil
    2 Garlic Cloves

Directions

Simmer lentils with onion (cut in chunks) and bay leaves. While lentils are cooking, mince garlic and cover with olive oil. When lentils are done cooking, mix with garlic and olive oil.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
