Introduction

Number of Servings: 112

Ingredients

    15 oz tub of Butter with Canola Oil
    2 cup whey low brown sugar
    1 cup whey low granulated sugar
    4 eggs
    2 t of vanilla
    3 cups of whole wheat pastry flour
    6 cups oatmeal
    178 grams of raisins (just over 1 cup)
    240 grams or 2 cups walnuts
    1 t of salt
    2 t of cinnamon
    2 t of soda

Tips

There is very little nutritional benefit to the pasty flour. It has 1 gram less protein and 1 gram more fiber than all purpose plus it has 10 more calories per quarter cup.


Directions

Mix butter, sugars and eggs. Add Vanilla. Add raisins and walnuts and mix. Add flour with soda, cinnamon and salt, Add oatmeal.
