Rumbamel's Amazing Thai Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

    -Essential Everyday Ultra Thin pizza crust
    -1/3 C Thai Chili sauce like Mae Ploy
    -about 2 oz. cooked boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and diced
    -1/4 C thinly sliced onions
    -1/2-3/4 C 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

---Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the chopped chicken and chili sauce together and spread it on the crust. Sprinkle the onions on then the cheese. Put the pizza directly on the rack (you may want a protector under on the bottom because the crust has tiny holes and it may drip a bit). Cook for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted in the center.

---Take pizza out and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.

---Makes 4 servings of 2 pieces each.
