Carter's Easy Chix Bake

Ingredients

    1 Package (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing
    1 pound chicken breast cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 16oz bag of frozen mixed veggies, thawed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Prepare stuffing per package, set aside.
3. Sautee chicken in olive oil and seasonings of choice until cooked.
4. Mix chicken,soup,sour cream,veggies together put in 13x9 inch pan.
5. Top with stuffing and bake for 30 minutes.
