Ingredients

    Nutr. rich dry result - dried small red beans 12 oz 340g i used chicken tenders the beans were a bit over 6 cups soaked drained and cooked and drained and weighed 840g after. Conchita label is not close to any other source. I used the USDA California red kidney cooked without salt as it seemed close comparing dry and cooked USDA and ignoring manufacturer's label. This likely is about 8% low in total nutrients. It weighs 2700g and is filling 12 cups+ and has very little liquid. It has only liquid in the tomatoes and what the meat and onions gave off.
