Introduction

Use just 1/2 can of tuna packed in water for a quick snack. Save the rest for snack on a another day. Use just 1/2 can of tuna packed in water for a quick snack. Save the rest for snack on a another day.

Ingredients

    2.5 oz Tuna in water
    4 Whole Wheat crackers
    Mustard to taste

Tips

Increase tuna to one 5 oz can (packed in water) & 8 whole wheat crackers; add your favorite raw veggies, a piece of fruit, a bottle of water, & you have LUNCH!


Directions

Drain tuna, measure, & mix in mustard to taste. Spread on crackers & enjoy.
