Jaynee's Hearty beef stew

Introduction

Nice to have in a crock pot at the end of a long fall day. Nice to have in a crock pot at the end of a long fall day.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1# Stew beef (cut in chunks)
    2c Baby carrots or carrot slices
    1 large baking potato cut in chunks
    4 small-medium onions, chunked
    1c water


Tips

May add other vegetables as desired.


Directions

Brown beef in non-stick skillet.

Place beef in crock pot, top with carrots, then potatoes, then onions. Sprinkle gravy packet over top of all, then pour over 1c water.

Turn crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4.

Serving Size: Makes 4 hearty servings
