    15 oz can of low sodium Goya Black Beans, Rinsed
    1/2 cup Chopped Raw Onions
    One Jalapeno Peppers
    Two ears of Sweet Corn, kernels removed from cob
    One cup Cheddar Cheese
    Five Flatbread, Multigrain with Flax
