Seasoned Brown Rice

Ingredients

    Olive oil cooking spray
    1 cup Uncle Ben's Instant Brown Rice
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 3/4 cups Swanson's reduced sodium chicken broth

Directions

Spray a small saucepan with the cooking spray, then saute onions and celery until tender. Add Chicken Broth and rice. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.

Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
