Introduction

My mom gave me this recipe using a graham cracker crust that she used to make for my granny who was a diabetic. I changed the crust to Fiber One Cereal to make it more fiber and less sugar/ calories. Ingredients




    2 cups Skim Milk

    1 16 oz. tub Cool Whip Free

    One recipe of Fiber One cereal crust

    small pkg. Instant Lemon Sugar Free Pudding Mix

    Crystal Light Lemonade Sugar Free enough to make (2 qts.)

    Combine pudding mix and milk. Add Crystal Light ( or may use Koolaide sugar Free Lemonade Mix} and Cool Whip. Mix Fiber One Crust. Spread out Fiber One crust. Pour onto Fiber One crust. Refrigerate.

    Fiber One Crust: Crush Fiber One cereal with enough Splenda to taste

Directions

Combine pudding mix and milk. Add Crystal Light ( or may use Koolaide sugar Free Lemonade Mix} and Cool Whip. Pour onto Fiber One crust. Refrigerate.
