Introduction

So good and so good for you. No veggie taste at all! So good and so good for you. No veggie taste at all!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Orange, Baby Spinach, Banana, Red Grapes - frozen, Carrot, frozen Pineapple, frozen Peach, Apple, Vanilla protein powder (optional)

Tips

If using frozen fruit, no need for ice, if not, add a cup or so of ice before blending.


Directions

put all in vitamix, blend on high until smooth using tamper to push ingredients into the blades

Serving Size: Makes 2 or 2.5 16 ox servings
