    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    VEGGIE - BLK OLIVES, 6 0Z CAN/11 SERVING PER CAN, 5 serving

    COLLEGE INN LIGHT & FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH - 1 CUP/SERVING, .5 serving
    VEGGIE - ROTEL TOMATO - 10 oz can - 2 1/2 SERVING/CAN, 3.5 serving

    SALSA - MEDIUM 2TBSP/SERVINGS (15 PER JAR), 1.5 serving
    QUESO - NEWMAN'S 2 TBSP/serving, 2.5 servingCHEESE - CHEDDAR/JACK RDCED FAT - 1/4C, 4 serving


    TACO SHELLS, ORTEGA - 2 PER SERVING, 5 serving

Directions

Place chicken, veggies, broth, and salsa together. Place 1/3 or less, blended mixture into a baking dish. Layer with broken taco shells, add queso, and 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake 350 approximately 25-30 minutes.
