Staci's Famous Wings!!

Introduction

Wing sauce has a kick, add more bbq sauce if it is too spicy! Wing sauce has a kick, add more bbq sauce if it is too spicy!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Chicken Wing, 20 wing, bone in and skin removed
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    *Barbeque Sauce (Lite), 1/2 cup
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup (add more for less heat)
    *Stubbs wicked chicken wing sauce, 1 cup


Tips

SERVE WITH CELERY AND FAT FREE RANCH DRESSING OR SOME LOW FAT BLUE CHEESE DRESSING.


Directions

Wash wings and remove all skin. add to a sprayed baking dish and season to taste with salt and pepper, add to oven at 350 degrees for 15 min.

Sauce: To a large bowl add Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp
Honey, 2 tbsp
*Barbeque Sauce (Lite), 1/2 cup
Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
*Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup (add more for less heat)
*Stubbs wicked chicken wing sauce, 1 cup
ADD TO MICROWAVE FOR 1 MIN.

WITH A COOKING BRUSH TOP EACH WING WITH SAUCE MAKING SURE ALL THE WING GETS COVERED. ADD WINGS BACK TO OVEN FOR 30 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL THROUGHLY COOKED. NEVER ADD SAUCE TO RAW CHICKEN!!! YOU WILL HAVE TO DISCARD ALL THE REMAINING SAUCE THAT IS WHY I DO IT AFTER COOKING THEM.
