Whole wheat cornbread griddle cakes

Introduction

Easier and faster than traditional cornbread. Easier and faster than traditional cornbread.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    6 tbsp egg whites (or 2 whole large eggs)
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil
    1 1/2 cup corn meal mix
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and pour onto hot griddle in quarter cup dallops. Cook on each side until brown.

Serving Size: Makes 16 6" griddle cakes
