Ingredients

    5 Roma tomatoes
    3/4 cup flax meal
    1 tbsp coconut aminos
    1/4 C nutritional yeast flakes
    1 tsp oregano (dried)
    2 tsps basil (dried
    1 clove garlic
    Black pepper to taste
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

combine all ingredients except sunflower seeds in a blender or food processor and blend till fully combined. Add sunflower seeds and blend/pulse until incorporated but still has visible chunks (for texture). Spread onto flex sheet and dehydrate at 115F for 6-8 hours. flip over, score wet set. Return to dehydrator (wet side up) and dehydrate another 4-6 hours or until completely dry on both sides.

Serving Size: makes 8 LARGE slices
