    *Publix Orange Juice (Calcium & Vitamin D), .5 cup
    *Great Value Frozen Peaches, .5 cup
    *Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop), 27 gram(s)
    *water, bottled, 4 oz
    *Sugar Free/Fat Free Jello Pudding Mix (for flavor), .25 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)

Directions

just put all in blender and mix to desired consistancy
