Introduction

My take on Jamie Eastons Pumpkin protein bars... My take on Jamie Eastons Pumpkin protein bars...
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    *xylo sweet all natural xylitol sweetener, 80 gram
    *Turbino raw sugar, 1/2 c (will use honey or dates next time)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    4oz unsweetened applesauce
    Egg White - One Large Egg White, 4 serving
    Organic canned Pumpkin 15oz
    *OAT FLOUR 1 CUP, 1 cup
    coconut flour 1 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla Unsweetened, 1/2 c
    MRM 100% All Natural Whey Rich Vanilla Protein Powder 3 scoops

Tips

cook times can vary...15-30 min... check after 15


Directions

Heat oven to 350. spray muffing tins (I also use muffing top pans too)

Mix first 12 ingredients together.
Blend almond milk and protein in blender to mix even, pour into mixed bowl. combine. Add nuts if like (I had planned to add pecans but forgot)
