Ingredients

    1/2 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt
    1/2 cup Milk substitutes, Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 tbsp Honey
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice

Directions

Blend all in a blender or smoothie maker. It tastes exactly like pumkin pie! Marvelous!
