Chinese like Chicken & Veggies

Introduction

Got a lot of veggies and you dont know what to do with them throw them in the steamer with some chicken and you have dinner!! Got a lot of veggies and you dont know what to do with them throw them in the steamer with some chicken and you have dinner!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch(
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers),
    1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia
    Coleslaw - Dole's Coleslaw Mix, 4 cup
    Corn on the Cob, Sweet Corn, Medium Ear,
    Red Onion 1/2 med onion
    3 green onion,
    precooked grilled chicken breast, 6 oz bag
    fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 cups
    Peanutbutter, Skippy smooth; 2 Tbsp
    Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy
    Various Spices

Tips

change the spices and really change the taste make it spicey or not do what every you like!!


Directions

Cut up all the veggies into the size you like
Put everything except the mushrooms in the steamer
steam for about 10 mins
take ear of corn out put mushrooms in
Take corn off the ear
Cut chicken strips into chunks
take soy sauce, what ever spices you like I used fresh ginger, red pepper, onion powder and garlic heat in skillet when heated add peanutbutter and chicken.
Add some of the Water from the steaming
Then combine all the veggies
Cook till everything is hot and the sauce is at the consistensy you like.
