Atlantic Salmon (fish), 16 0z
Kraft Mayo Light mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
pepper, cayenne, 1 tsp
Lemon Juice, 0.5 fl oz
Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
Horseradish sauce, 1 tsp

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Large whole ( 3" dia)
Black Pepper, 1 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Hamburger buns, Multi Grain, 5 servings
Baby Spinach, fresh 10 0z package
Prepare your grill. For this burger Mesquite wood is preferred for great smoke flavor.
When the fire is ready remove mixture from the refrigerator and add bread crumbs and shape into 5 patties. Place them on the grill turning once.
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, salmon does not take long to cook. you can cook longer for your desired doneness.
Place salmon patty on bun with baby spinach, slice tomatoes. Also top it off with your favorite dressing or low fat mayo or Dijon. I like this with some sweet potatoes fries.
