8 medium whole tomatoes
1 can of evaporated milk, nonfat
1/8 tsp of basil
dash of salt
dash of black pepper
Could add celery salt also for added flavor.
Put juice and spices in a saucepan and cook on low heat about 20 mins, then stir in milk and continue to cook another 10 mins.
