Ingredients

50 g Almond Meal
15 g egg white
15 g coconut oil
1 dash salt
Spices as desired
Tips
about 3:2 fat grams to protein grams ratio for ketogenic diets
Directions
Mix all ingredients till combined
Spread on aluminum foil till about 1/8" thick (about 8x8")
(use plastic wrap to make spreading easier)
Score the dough into desired shapes
Bake at 325 degrees till golden brown (10-12min)
Store in a closed container in the fridge for up to a week or on the counter for up for 3 days (or freeze indefinitely)
