Low carb chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium diced

    Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz,
    cubed

    Red Bell Pepper, diced (1 medium)

    Bertolli Mushroom Alfredo w/Portobello Mushrooms,
    1 jar

    Broccoli, 2 cups

Tips

I recommend having this over 1/2 to 1 cup of riced cauliflower, but add in the values of this separately.


Directions

1. Dice veggies and chicken (separately)

2. Cook chicken in one pan while veggies saute in another pan

3. Mix veggies and chicken together along with alfredo and simmer, till warmed through.

Serving Size: makes 8__1/2 cup servings
