Introduction

To me cauliflower seems like tofu in the sense of it in a way absorbing the flavors you work with so you can use this for just about anything. To me cauliflower seems like tofu in the sense of it in a way absorbing the flavors you work with so you can use this for just about anything.

Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, medium

Tips

Approximately 2 net carbs per 1/2 cup serving.


Directions

If you have a food processor on the lowest setting "rice" your cauliflower. If you don't have a food processor you can chop it EXTREMELY small, but the food processor works best.

I use 1/2 cup per serving as a substitute for rice, pasta, and/or potatoes on a low carb diet.
