Ingredients

    1 cup canned pumpkin
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 1/2 fat free plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup splenda

Tips

Try adding different flavors of greek yogurt, minus the pumpkin or not, wonderful dessert!


Directions

Blend all ingredients with a mixer
divide into freezer safe bowls
freeze for 2 hours

Serving Size: 4-6 servings (3/4 cup or 1/2)
