Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Yeast, bakers, 1.50 ounce
    7 dl luckwarm water
    Olive Oil, 5 tbsp
    Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour (Hovis), 200 gram
    Oat Bran, 150 grams
    Salt, 1½ tsp
    Plain white flour (UK), 400 g
    and chopped mint leaves or parsely
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    Danish:
    7dl lunkent vand
    ½ dl olivenolie
    50 g gær
    1½ tsk salt
    200 g grahamsmel
    150 g havreklid
    mynteblade eller hakket persille

Tips

Knock with a spoon on the bread in the oven to make sure they are finished


Directions

The yeast is stirred together with luckwarm water and oil
The fullgrain flour is added and stirred
Then you add the white flour little by little untill it is OK
Not dry
Then form 4 flutes and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Now put the bread in the oven at 200 degree celcius (390 degrees fahrenheit). Put some olive olive on the finished bread anbd now you have some delicious and magnesium rich bread.

It gives 4 flutes about 35 cm each.

Danish:
Gæren opløses i 7 dl lunkent vand, som er tilsat olie
Herefter kommes de grove melsorter i sammen med myntebladene. Persille kan også bruges.
Hveden tilsættes lidt efter lidt. Dejen må gerne være let klæbrig.
Dejen behøver ingen forhævning.
Formes til 4 flutes og hæver i ca. 15 minutter og bages herefter ved 200 grader i 20 min.
Når de er kommet ud af ovnen pensles de med olivenolie.
Man kan tilsætte de krydderier, som nu måtte passe til retten.
