I have been working on the recipe for this smoothie for a while. I wanted something that was balanced and could be the foundation for my nutritional needs through out the day. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Orange Juice 1 c
    Almond Milk 1 c
    Spinach 1 c
    Yogurt 1 c
    1 Medium Banana
    Grapes 1 c
    Peanut Butter 2 tbsp
    Flaxseed 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil 1 tbsp
    Protein Powder 2 scoops
    Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, 1/8 c each
    Mixed Frozen fruit 2 c

Tips

Realistically you can add whatever you want.
