Introduction

Had this yummy salad at a restaurant and wanted to re-create it. Had this yummy salad at a restaurant and wanted to re-create it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    mixed salad greens (whichever kind you like) approximately 8 cups or 1 package
    honey roasted cashews-1/2 cup
    dried cranberries-1/2 cup
    brie cheese (or another soft cheese-the restaurant salad was made with Gorgonzola but ended up being a little tart for my taste)- 1/2 cup diced
    honey mustard or honey dijon dressing-to taste
    chicken breast-grilled-2 breasts

Directions

Grill chicken breasts-season with salt and pepper
combine chicken and other ingredients in a large bowl
add dressing to taste and enjoy!
