Andrea's Meaty Beer Chili

Introduction

The meat to bean ratio in this recipe is fantastic... I usually split the pot before adding the beans, then only add them to half the recipe so guests can choose all meat or meat and beans! Enjoy! • I liked this chili alot, instead of green peppers, I added 6 jalepeno peppers, and I also added cilantro and cinnamon to it. We had fresh oregano from our back yard, so we added almost a quarter of a cup of fresh oregano! Yummy1 - 8/17/09
