    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)
    Beans, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .2 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 28 gram(s) (remove)

Tips

I have not included the nutritional info for the tortillas or cheese.


Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Drain and add white beans (1/2).
Drain and add corn.
Drain and add white beans (1/2).
Season with oregano (dried flaked), onion powder and 1/2 of the Italian seasoning mix.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Add second 1/2 of Italian seasoning mix.
Cover and set to High 6 hours.
Prior to serving, shred pork using an electric mixer.
