Ingredients

    1 4-5oz tilapia filet
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    a dash of olive oil
    1/2 C of cooked whole wheat pasta
    1/2 bag of Bird's Eyes Steamed Creamed Spinach

Directions

Cool all things separate and then put them together on a plate and mix up so that the cream mixes with the pasta and fish... Broil the fish until cooked, and easily doubled by cooking another filet
