Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    *Tomato chopped canned (400g), 1 serving (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *1 cup onion chopped, .5 serving (remove)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp oregano

Directions

sautee onion in oil. add tomatoes and black beans (UNDRAINDED), oregano and garlic powder. bring to a boil then add rice. simmer for 5 min. then let stand for 5 min.
