1 small can of tuna packed in water
1/2C of oats
1/4C of plain bread crumbs
1/3C of minced onion
Seasoning to taste:
1T Italian seasoning
1T Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Onion powder (optional)
Top with fresh lemon juice and green onion and serve.
Warm EVOO in pan (optional). Shape cakes into ovals to fit into round pan easlier. Place 3 cakes in a pan and saute for a few minutes on each side (or until browned).
Serving Size: makes 6 cakes
