Introduction

Like tuna salad, only pink! Like tuna salad, only pink!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 5 oz cooked
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large
    Celery, raw, 2 stalks, chopped fine
    *Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
    Sweet Pickle Relish, 2 tbsp
    *TRADER JOES greek style nonfat plain yogurt, 2 TB
    *Dill - Gourmet Garden Dill Herb Blend 3/4 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp

Tips

Can eat with crackers, as a sandwich filling or to accompany green salad. As 3 servings, its 211 cal/4 carbs.


Directions

Chop eggs (or squish with a potato masher); add boneless, skinless cooked salmon, flaked, and remaining ingredients. Mix well, refrigerate.
