Ingredients
9 oz Chicken Breast, cubed
1.5 c Apples, fresh, diced
3c Potato, raw, diced
1c Carrots, raw, chopped
1c Celery, raw, diced
1c Onions, raw, diced
.5c Apple juice
2t Brown Sugar, packed
2t Curry powder

Directions
chop all vegetables, chicken and the potatoes. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
