Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 glove garlic, minced
    3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
    2 ripe avocados, cubed
    1 large cucumber, peeled
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Can be stored in refrigerator for one week.
