Ingredients

    half cup cooked orzo(optional: tossed in light EVOO)
    3 oz chicken, lightly seasoned and grilled
    2 tbsp chopped red onion
    2 tbsp chopped tomato
    1 big mushroom chopped
    half cup frozen mixed veggies
    half a green chilli
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    salt
    pepper
    lemon pepper
    paprika

Directions

lightly coat thinly sliced chicken breasts with bisquick, salt, pepper, paprika, herbs. marinate well and grill until cooked. chop into small pieces

cooked orzo in boiling water, drain and lightly coat with EVOO, set aside

saute all veggies in EVOO.

Combine all three, season with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, cilantro, paprika as taste
