Spicy pork tenders

Introduction

My husband is alergic to all poultry. Unfortunatelly he loves hot wings. So these are my spicy substitution. They aren't exactly healthy but do taste fantastic. My husband is alergic to all poultry. Unfortunatelly he loves hot wings. So these are my spicy substitution. They aren't exactly healthy but do taste fantastic.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb center cut boneless pork chops
    1/2 bottle of hot sauce
    2 tbls butter
    1 pkg shake n bake
    (optional) red pepper or chili powder

Directions

Cut pork into bite size pieces ( I do pieces about the size of a hot wing)
melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
Coat pork with hot sauce and then coat with shake n bake.
Bake according to package directions.

For more spice you can add some red pepper or chili power to the shake n bake.
