my asian ginger sesame stir fry

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Escarole, 4 serving (remove)
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Spinach, cooked, 1 cup (remove)
    Eggplant, fresh, .5 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

stir fry onion, celery, carrots, garlic and cabbage in oil and soy sauce for 8 minutes
add remaining ingredients and stir fry for additional 10 minutes
