Ingredients

    2 cups seeded watermelon chunks (or melon of choice)
    1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 apple
    1 banana


Directions

1. In a blender container, combine the watermelon, apple,banana, yogurt and ginger
2. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 1 large glass and freeze the rest.
Serves 1-3.
