Chicken & Noodles

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts
    1 tub Knorr homestyle stock, chicken flavor
    3 1/2 c water
    3 carrots, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 T dried parsley
    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    1 c flour
    1 egg
    2 T milk
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Add 1st 6 ingredients into crockpot. Cook until chicken is tender, remove & shred then stir back into soup.

Mix egg, milk & salt then stir into flour with wooden spoon. Turn out onto floured counter & knead until thick & pliable, no longer sticky. Roll out thin and let rest 20 min. Cut into noodles with pizza roller & toss with more flour then let dry on cookie sheet 1-2 hours. Stir noodles into soup & cook 20 min until done.
