2 pkg Active Dry Yeast 2 cups warm Water 2 tsp Salt 2Tbsp Olive oil 2 Tbsp sugar 2 1/2 Cups Flour 2 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
Put dry yeast into bowl, add warm water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar and salt. Stir in olive oil, gradually add flour. Knead approximately 5 minutes or until smooth. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Divide in half and spread on 2 pizza pans, cover with toppings of your choice. Bake at 425 degrees F until done.
