Scallions, raw, 7 sprigs
Dill weed, fresh, 2 sprigs
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (this item is key)
Salt, 1 tsp (Salt to taste -- may need more or less)
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 3 tbsp
Chop the scallion into small pieces. Put in bowl.
Chop the dill, finely. Add to bowl.
Mix what's made it to the bowl so far.
Add the sugar and salt and mix again.
Add sour cream and mix. Add enough so that its creamy. Don't worry about the diet here -- embrace the crème fraise!
Serve, eat, and enjoy.
