Pork Chops with rice

Ingredients

    2 4 oz Pork Chops
    1/2 cup Basmati rice already cooked
    1 /12 cups of water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup fresh mushrooms

Directions

preheat the oven to 375
cook the Basmati rice with 1/2 cup rice with 1 1/2 cup water
brown the porkchops in a skillet
mix the cream of mushroom soup with the milk

in a caserol dish add the cream of mushroom soup and milk and mushrooms and cooked rice and mix than add the pork chops and push the pork chops down under the soup mixture so that it is covered

place in oven covered with aluminum foil cook for 45 minutes than for the last 15 minutes remove foil and let brown
