Introduction

based on Mom's recipe, but used individual veggies instead of a can of mixed veggies (allergies) based on Mom's recipe, but used individual veggies instead of a can of mixed veggies (allergies)
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1# ground beef (extra lean)
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can stewed tomatoes broken up
    1 can red kidney beans (drained)
    1 sm can peas
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 can green beans
    2 cups diced potatoes
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp chili pepper

Directions

Chop onion. Brown g. beef & onion until beef is done. Boil potatoes in large pot until tender. Keep potatoes & potato water in pot and add all the ingredients. Rinse the tomato can with at least 1/2 can water and add to pot. Add spices, stir, then simmer for at least 30 minutes.
