Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 cups of diced and crushed tomatoes (FRESH)
    1 cup green pepper
    1/2 cup sweet onion
    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    1 tablespoon diced green Jalapenos
    2 teaspoons diced red hot chili peppers
    1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
    2 clove of fresh garlic
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon cumin

Directions

- Mix all ingredients.

- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours overnight.

- Remove 30 minutes before serving.

Makes 5-6 cups of salsa.
