Ingredients

1 lb Pork Breakfast Sausage (cooked and crumbled)
3 oz Light Cream Cheese (softened, cubed)
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
2 eggs
1/3 cup 1% Milk
Tips
Using turkey sausage instead of pork sausage will reduce fat and calories in this reciepe.
Directions
Cook sausage and drain off fat. In a large bowl, mix sausage with cream cheese. Next add cheddar cheese and Bisquick. Make a well in the center then add combined milk and eggs. Stir until just moistened. Spoon into greased or lined muffin pan, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.
