Mexican Quiche

Introduction

Low Carb Quiche. Very good reheated for leftovers! Low Carb Quiche. Very good reheated for leftovers!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
    4 oz Can Green Chilies (chopped)
    1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    3 Eggs
    1/8 tsp Cumin
    1/8 tsp Chili Powder
    1/8 tsp Salt


Directions

Spray glass pie plate with cooking spray. Place Cheese in pie plate. Sprinkle Chilies evenly on top. Mix Heavy Cream with all spices. Add eggs and beat with fork to mix. Pour evenly over cheese and chilies. Bake in pre-heated 350* oven for 30 -35 min
