1 lb. chicken, cooked and shredded (pre-cooked weight)
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2 rolls Pillsbury Recipe Creations dough
2 cups shredded 2% mozzerella
16 tsp shredded parmesan
Combine shredded chicken and hot sauce. Unroll each dough and cut each into 4 rectangles. Take a rectangle, press it out until slighlty larger. Place 1/8 cup mozzerella on half of rectangle, top with chicken, remainining mozzerella and 2 tsp. parmesan. Fold dough over and seal with a fork. Repeat until dough has been used up.
Place calzones on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned.
Serving Size: Makes 8 calzones
