Black Beans (or any bean for that matter)
Remove steak from the hot pan and add the onions, carrots and celery. Cook until tender and onions are slightly translucent. Add 3 cups of water (or desired amount of liquid for the broth-I used only 3-4 cups of water with the amount of bullion mentioned). Add in the remainder of the ingredients. Simmer on low to meld the flavors.
Serving Size: 5 at 1 cup per serving
